Michigander Bicycle Tour

Experienced and beginner cyclists of all ages will enjoy this biking adventure on Michigan’s railtrails and back roads. The tour happens annually in mid-July and offers a 2-day, 6-day or 7-day option, and varies in location and trails traveled each year.
The 2-day tour option is a great choice for families and first-time riders who want to experience what bicycle touring entails. Riders who want to extend their fun and test their fitness will enjoy the many trails and towns the week-long tour provides. School grounds provide the overnight camping accommodations along the way.
Bring your hybrid, mountain or road bike. An all-paved route is available for road bikes, and those traveling the trails will find a combination of crushed stone and paved surfaces.
For more information and how you can join the adventure, visit the Michigan Trails & Greenways Alliance website.
