2004 ACES Registration Form

Register now for ACES With-a-Friend 2004 to ensure timely delivery as well as availability of ACES materials. Registered schools will receive stickers and an educational brochure for each child. In addition, schools will receive a certificate of participation signed by Governor Jennifer M. Granholm and a letter from Governor Granholm and Honorary Chair, Coach JoAnne P. McCallie.
